The IA Connect software app was phased out in April 2023 and replaced by a more advanced browser-based downloader application. This new application, along with your products, can be directly accessed via the My Products page on this website. You're seeing this error message because your IA Connect client is trying to connect to servers that have already been shut down. You can safely remove IA Connect from your systems. We recommend using the Chrome browser for maximum compatibility. Please note that the Safari browser is not compatible at the moment.
