In addition to the default data logged, downloader applications may upload data that is downloaded and our technical support team may remotely turn on extended logging features temporarily on your device, in case of technical support activity is requiring additional data for your issue to be effectively solved. You will be notified of this event and you can view what information exactly is recorded during such support fulfillment upon request. Extended logs are not retained.

Aggregated data and logging

We may collect aggregated information and statistics that relate to information that can not be linked to you as a unique person. Such information is, for example, web reference data (the address of websites directly visited before this site), the list of pages that have been viewed and viewed on this site, software usage time, download speed and experience, the time spent on our site and the IP address.
