Reporting a problem
If you encounter a problem with any Inspired Acoustics product, we would appreciate it if you let us know to help us improve them. Please email us at [email protected] and provide a clear explanation of the problem so that we can try to reproduce it. Please include your operating system and the approximate specifications of your hardware. Please be patient with any problems you may experience. We take problems reported with our software seriously, and will make every effort to correct them as quickly as possible.
Submitting feature or content expansion requests
Submitting a feature or content expansion requests are also welcome as a support ticket. Please feel free to send your thoughts. It is not unlikely that we will implement what you suggest.
