What does time-variant processing mean and what is the benefit of it?
In INSPIRATA we apply a technique that allows us to change certain aspects of our computational reverberation that will affect signals in a time-variant manner from one sample to the other. It affects the acoustic modelling of the system across dimensions of time and frequency, and it relates to real world phenomena that originates from the changing quality of air in acoustic environments. This all adds up to a more natural sound.
